English Final Reflection

Daphne Cruz: 

1) What was your function within the planning/performing of the play? 

At first I was supposed to be an actress and play the sacrifice role as a young virgin, however, other academic events of mine (such as spelling bee) piled up and I was unable to participate in the play. This is the reason I ended up sticking my nose where it doesn't belong, I need to do something for the teacher to grade me. I tried to help the scenery department and the directing staff by painting and giving ideas.

2) What did you learn about teamwork in this activity? 

I reinforced the idea that communication is key; and if someone is not working even after a warning then you should simply move on without them and let them face their own consequences.

3) Which abilities do you think you need to strengthen when it comes to teamwork? 

• Mind my own business

Because it's not fair for me to do other's work nor do they get to learn.

• Encourage others to work instead of scolding and doing it myself

Because I got mad at my classmates for doing it wrong and I ended up doing it worse than them.
